Shipping Policy

All orders ship USPS Priority Mail. We make every effort to ship your order the same day we receive it, Cut off time for same day shipping is 4PM EST., 11:30AM Saturdays. Most shipments arrive in the 2-3 day time schedule set by the USPS. International Orders are sent USPS Global Priority, Airmail Parcel, or Global Express. Buyers are responsible for all VAT and other fees charged by your country for delivery. International orders of 6 bottles or greater are automatically insured. Please allow up to 10-14 business days for delivery. These times can vary greatly due to Customs inspections for foreign deliveries. Packages returned for any reason will have actual shipping fees and or additional shipping charges incurred, deducted from any refund due.

Refund Policy & Guarantee

We stand behind Flexicose 100%. After giving Flexicose a fair period of time (up to 60 days) to work, if you do not notice a positive improvement in your joint discomfort, simply send us whatever you have left (even if it's just an empty bottle) for a complete refund less our actual shipping costs to you. We offer the same assurances for pets as well. If you do not notice a positive improvement in your pet's discomfort in the first bottle, just send it back for a refund.
